Latest Shipment News: BELEF Pneumatic Actuators Shipped to Europe and America Before National Day

The National Day holiday is approaching, and our factory has wrapped up a busy production and shipping cycle for overseas orders. Recently, a full batch of pneumatic actuators for European and American customers has been fully assembled, tested and packed at our Wuxi workshop. All goods have been loaded and sent out by truck, heading for the warehouse of Shanghai Port for subsequent export arrangement.

As a professional manufacturer of pneumatic actuators, Wuxi BELEF Pneumatic Actuator sticks to practical and strict production standards for every export order. This batch of products is made to match the actual working conditions and project standards required by our European and American clients. These actuators are commonly used in chemical industry, water treatment, pipeline engineering and factory automation systems. Before shipment, every single unit has passed our standard offline tests, including air tightness check, torque test, stroke calibration and repeated opening and closing tests. We make sure all products meet local industrial standards and CE requirements before delivery.

For overseas sea transportation, we use solid export wooden cases for packaging. All wooden boxes are fumigation-free and compliant with international shipping rules. Inside each box, we use waterproof film, foam padding and fixed fasteners to protect the actuators. This packaging method can well protect the products from shaking, collision, dust and moisture during long-distance land trucking and sea freight. It effectively avoids product damage and ensures the goods arrive at the destination in good condition.

After all assembly and quality checks were completed, our staff sorted, counted and reviewed all goods one by one. We double-checked product models, quantities and shipping documents to make sure no mistakes occurred. After final confirmation, all packaged wooden cases were carefully loaded onto cargo trucks. The shipment departed directly from our Wuxi factory and is now on the way to Shanghai Port warehouse.

Shanghai Port is our main export port for European and American markets. After the goods arrive at the port warehouse, our logistics team will finish warehousing, inspection declaration and customs clearance work step by step. Once all formalities are completed, the goods will be loaded into containers and shipped to overseas destinations.

This pre-holiday shipment is a regular but important delivery for our overseas business. In the days before the National Day holiday, our production team, QC team and foreign trade staff worked together steadily. The workshop arranged reasonable production schedules to finish all ordered products on time. The QC team kept strict inspection on every procedure to guarantee stable product quality. The logistics department coordinated truck arrangement and port booking work properly, ensuring the whole shipment process goes smoothly.
