The BELEF RB-series Rack and Pinion pneumatic actuators are for automation and operation of quarter-turn valves like Ball,Butterfly, and Plug valves,usually for industrial applications:such as water processing, oil & gas,chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.

The BELEF RB-Series common actuators have a dual piston rack and pinion design for compact construction,its design uses two piston-type racks moving in opposite directions to ensure balanced forces on the pinion.Modular pre-loaded spring cartridge design for spring return type, common end caps for Double Acting and Spring Return，easy install and maintenance.

RB-Series Rack and Pinion pneumatic actuators are available for a wide range of advanced applications,allow high Temperature or low Temperature operation with the temperature related trim kits .Other applications ,special coating requirements or or quick operation speeds,special operation media , dedicated control accessories are available.

BELEF RB-Series Pneumatic Actuator -Double Acting/Single Return

Extruded aluminum ASTM6005 body with both internal and external corrosion protection having honed cylinder surface for longer lie and low coefficient of friction.

Dual piston rack and pinion design for compact construction, symmetric mounting position, high-cycle life and fast operation, reverse rotation can be accomplished in the field by simply inverting the pistons.

Multiple bearings and guides on racks and pistons, Iow friction, high cycle life and prevent shaft blowout.

Modular preloaded spring cartridge design, with coated spring for simple versatile range,greater safely and corrosion resistance, longer cycle life.

Fully machined teeth on piston and pinion for accurate low backlash rack and pinion engagement, maximum efficiency.Stainless steel fasteners for long term corrosion resistance.

Full conformance to the latest specifications: ISO5211, DIN 3337 and Namur or product interchangeability and easy mounting of solenoids, limit switches and other accessories.
