● RC01 series actuator is symmetric designed.
Highest output torque on position 0° and 90°. Smallest output torque in the middle stroke.
Conform to the torque characteristics of ball valve.

● RC02 series actuator is canted designed.
Bigger output torque on position O°.
Conform to the torque characteristics of butterfly valve.

● Hard chrome-plating for the inner wall of cylinder, ensure longer service life.

● The track is high frequency quenching and grinding treated, the slider block is self-lubricating designed, Ensure long service life.

● Different types of manual override are available for RC series actuator, Including: screw manual, gear manual and hydraulic manual, also accessories: solenoid valve, limit switch and others.

● Modular design, convenient for assembly, maintenance and storage.

● RC spring return actuator can provide output torque up to 56oooo N.m, RC double acting actuator can provide output torque up to 54ooooN.m.
The maximum working pressure for single acting actuator is 1o Bar, The maximum working pressure for double acting actuator is 9 Bar.

● Two independent end stroke adjustment bolts, Valve end stroke ±6° adjustable.

● Working temperature:
Low temperature: -60/-50/-40°C~80°C
Standard: -20°C~80°C
High temperature: -20°C~150°C

● Comply with IP rating higher than IP65.
